An OpenCATS test site is available.

In the example here, if a job order is created and the 'make job public' checkbox is ticked, it's published to the demonstration Joomla site. For comparison, it's also displayed in the 'legacy' OpenCATS career portal

The Joomla module is used to demonstrate integration with a widely adopted CMS. It will display the jobs and manage candidate applications.

Integrating CATS into Joomla has a number of advantages - and means that your list of OpenCATS applicants emails addresses can be used (with their permission) for other Joomla add-ons such as newsletters, surveys, forums, etc without having to recode that functionality into OpenCATS.
