OSATS is the development version for the next generation of this community project.

This app currently lives in Subversion.

We're working on many fronts;

re-code the base code so that it's no longer covered by the CPL license and we can GPL the entirety of the code.
rewrite new features to make the application more flexible (open interfaces and api's)
Internationalisation so that the application can be used in any language (COMPLETED)
